great village stay
great locationking bedrooftop patiowelcome cookies
the location is excellent , very close to everything. the room had a king size bed, very comfortable. i liked the rooftop patio and pool area. there were welcome cookies offered , a nice touch.
the hallways could use a little refresh.

the hotel has a rooftop hot tub and a pool , both well-kept. a ski storage room is available, a great convenience . parking is available in a secure underground garage, though spaces are limited.

while breakfast is not offered , complimentary tea, coffee, fruit , and cookies are available in the afternoon. there are also drink vouchers for the on-site restaurant. several restaurants are close by , allowing for convenient dining options.

the staff are friendly and helpful with dinner and activity reservations. they offer great service and are cute. the front desk is staffed with people who are very informative and aim to please.

the shower cut off while i was using it my partner was stuck for about 20 minutes housekeeping entered the room after knocking but before waiting for a response reaching the front desk also required many attempts

The hotel is near the main plaza. Parking access was simple and straightforward. The room had modern decor and it looked lovely. The bed was comfy.
The noise level was impactful. I could hear couples and dogs. People returned late from town. The hotel needs an upgrade and appears not so boutique.

The location was great. It was central and close to the gondolas.
My suite had more a kitchenette than full kitchen. One of two cooking burners is under the cabinet so it was very difficult to use. The fridge is smaller than the dishwasher and the back gets covered in ice if the temperature is raised more than halfway. Staff is nice, but we always had to ask for basics.
